• We will gladly accept unwashed, unworn merchandise, with original sales receipt, with original sales tag attached, within 30 days of purchase.
  • All returns are subject to verification of original sale.

Where returns are accepted:

  • Merchandise, whether purchased in store or through our online store, may only be returned or exchanged at Uniforms Plus, 7142 San Pedro Avenue, San Antonio, TX 78216.

With the original sales receipt:

  • In-store refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
  • If the purchase was made with a credit card, the receipt and the same credit card used to make the purchase are required.
  • After 30 days, only exchanges for other products will be accepted.
  • In the event a purchase was made by check, a 10-day waiting period is required for cash refunds.


  • In stock merchandise is shipped within three days of the order through our online store.
  • Shipping charges are applied based on USPS or UPS costs.
  • Shipping charges are NOT refundable.


  • Uniforms Plus does not allow for cancellations once an order has been processed.  Refer to the Return and Exchange Policy to return or exchange unwanted goods.
